Raised Institute is a values-first, international education provider delivering online learning programs and certifications through a combination of web-based content and partner platforms.

You may use Raised Institute’s services if:

• You are 16 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent
• You provide accurate registration information
• You agree to comply with these Terms at all times

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for violations or false information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Updating your information if it changes

We may disable accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or platform abuse.

• All courses are provided “as-is” for educational purposes
• Certification is issued upon completion of requirements (quizzes, assignments, etc.)
• Raised reserves the right to update or retire content at any time

Certificates may carry Raised branding and/or partner institution logos.

• Course fees (if any) will be clearly stated before enrollment
• Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms
• Refunds (if offered) follow a 7-day request policy unless otherwise noted

Scholarships and discounts may be offered through local partners.

All users agree to:

• Respect fellow learners, instructors, and community members
• Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of content
• Report harmful or inappropriate behavior

Raised reserves the right to remove users who violate our learning code.

All content, branding, and materials are owned by Raised Institute or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, distribute, or sell materials without written permission.

Certificates and course access are for individual use only.

Raised Institute is not liable for:

• Losses due to internet connectivity or platform outages
• Decisions made based on course content
• Delays or interruptions outside our control (e.g. partner issues)

Use of the platform is at your own risk and responsibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable UK and international education compliance laws.

Disputes shall be handled in good faith, and where necessary, through appropriate legal channels in our registered jurisdiction.
